Mr. Yoon is the founder of Eastlink and brings over 17 years of experience across real estate development, cross-border investment, and defense procurement strategy. He has worked at the intersection of institutional capital and national infrastructure, supporting both private-sector growth and government partnerships.
He began his career at KPMG, advising clients on real estate finance, NPLs, and infrastructure strategy. He later transitioned to real estate development, where he oversaw a 189-unit residential project in Seoul. As an investment principal at ESR Kendall Square, he led logistics acquisitions and development initiatives across Korea, working closely with foreign capital partners.
His background also includes managing outbound investment mandates for Korean institutions across the U.S., Europe, and APAC, with a focus on logistics assets, collateralized debt, and core real estate strategies.
In the public sector, Mr. Yoon served at the Republic of Korea Army Logistics Support Command, where he gained firsthand experience in military procurement processes, logistics infrastructure, and multi-agency coordination.
Mr. Yoon studied in the United States from middle school through college, attending Eaglebrook School, St. Mark’s School, and New York University, where he earned his B.A. in Economics.He is fluent in English and Korean and brings a uniquely global perspective to cross-border execution.
